**update* While I still love chef Jackson I will never frequent this restaurant again. Since this review there have been countless issues that I have brought to management's attention, just to hear from others they had the same issues also. I don't have a clue how this establishment is still open. The only reason I give fats 4 stars is because of chef jackson! We came in there on time and got the steak and it was not good and he came out and said so what can I do to make it better for you. Since then I know i can go in there if he's there I will get my money's worth of a steak. So if you want a yummy steak go in and ask for extra seasoned like that couple gets.

Undercooked food and quite greasy. They do have new poppy seed rolls that are baked instead of fried. Quite good. I had to send my pot pie (which tasted very bad) back and my baked potato back as well, which was very undercooked. They offered me a menu to reorder anything is like without it costing me any extra. Having opted for my meal to just be taken off, they did fresh bake a quite big chocolate chip cookie and gave it to me along with ice cream. They are very nice. Our server started out with great service, but the longer we were there the less we saw of her. The manager ended up being the one who served us for the last 30 minutes we were there. If you love fried food, this is the place for you.

The service was ATROCIOUS! The Restuarant was NOT busy but OUR waiter was too busy talking to the people down from Our Family to wait on us. We were their on Vacation and wasted 2 hrs that we'll never get back. Good was okay, but Nothing to write home about.

Went tonight for the first time in a while. Business was slower than usual. It took a little longer than usual for waiter to come to table. Salad was good but my steak was really tough and fries were not hot. The waiter did keep coming by to check on things. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Longest wait I’ve ever had for cold food. Ordered an appetizer of deviled eggs. 5 min later was told they didn’t have them and the manager would come by to speak with us, never did. Over an hour later our food came out. Food was OK but not what I had expected from eating at other FATZ locations. Get the check and our appetizer was still on it. Bill was over $50, paid with a $100 bill. Change took over ten minutes and was incorrect. Sounds To me like new management is badly needed.
