My family likes this place. The food is good and they have great customer service!

Had ordered food for two, and the side order was wrong- that’s fine, I wasn’t too upset over that. Not a big deal. But, whenever I went to the young lady at the front counter to get it fixed, she brought the side back out and the portion size was SO incredibly small. She said it was supposed to be 7 ounces but it certainly was not, she said she didn’t have time to remake it very rudely and walked off from me while I was talking to her about the issue, just kept claiming she didn’t make it across the dining room. Very rude, I’ve worked in a restaurant and we followed the rule of LAMAR: listen, apologize, make it right, apologize again, and rectify it. Won’t be back here. Don’t feel very welcomed anyways considering how rude she was.

By far my favorite sub (grinder) place! Always fresh tasting food and great service.

Despite our coming in so late with 10 of us, they were mostly gracious and cooked wonderful pizzas.
