first of all there were too many vacant seating places for us to wait to be seated when walking in the door, but we waited 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. The boy who seated us had his underwear showing, his pants needed to be pulled up and his shirt pulled down. You work with the public you need to dress like it. The row the host put us on was empty except for one booth across the way from where I had him place us - he wanted to place us directly beside the waiting area which had at least a dozen people also still waiting to be seated. The waitress was never seen when we needed her slow to refill drinks and when we were finally done eating we waited 30 minutes for our bill - and no one paid us attention. We could have walked out without paying and I don't think anyone would have noticed. Over all for the waitress if she had kept up with our wait times it would not have been as bad but that was unacceptable with as few customers as there were waiting. We were eating - and at this point we were the only ones on the entire row seated eating / to eat on it - when the host seated a group of 2 female adults and 2 children directly behind me. There should have been at least one seat / booth separating us from them. That was unacceptable when there were enough empty seating to accommodate. The food tasted as if it had been cooked twice in order to reheat it in stead of being cooked fresh. I am burping the food even now - 3 hours later! over all this was the worst dining experience I have had in a very long time and we will not be going back.

The place was not that busy it was study but not crazy busy. Had to wait almost 30 min just for the check. Server hard to find when needed. At times you could see four staff members just standing around in the back. The seating area the booth seats went just about to the floor. The food came out fast but the quality is not there for the price. You are better off going somewheres else for the price. The price is to high for that kind of service and I could do better cooking at home.

I'm not a big fan of Fatz as a rule. Most of the ones I've been to would be two stars for mediocre food at high prices for what you get. The one here in Greenwood though has always given me very good service with a smile, and I appreciate that enough to give this place 3 stars.

Food was very good, we each had a salad, more than we could finish. Ate out on the deck, beautiful afternoon. Jessica took very good care of us.

Food was good. Two issues: although server was friendly enough and provided adequate service he was nearly impossible to understand. Also, the booth cushions were caved in and very uncomfortable. (They were the same two years ago on our last visit.)
