We had a graduation/birthday celebration on April 28, 2018. We were all very pleased with both the food quality and the service! Orders were all correct and paced just perfect from drinks/appetizers through desert! Our server Ashton and the other staff that assisted did a fabulous job in being there for us! Can't wait to return!

We went recently and had a great experience. We got hamburgers and shared the brownie dessert. The waitress was probably the best we've ever had and the manager stopped by to make sure everything was good. I think there is new management and they have really improved things. Will be going back!

I really enjoyed my visit. My server was very attentive. My food was delivered quick, hot, and it was delicious. I loved the open kitchen. Very cozy atmosphere.

Love love their house dressing. I would be satisfied with just eating a salad for lunch every day with their dressing. Everything else on their menu is typical American food. I wouldn’t recommend the wings, firecracker shrimp Mac and cheese and burgers. Those were dull in flavor and needs improvement.

My first time at Copper River (different location) was a bad experience...afterwards. This visit was much better. Overall the food was pretty good, no major complaints. We had steaks, which we liked. Good flavor, good portions. Service was adequate, not spectacular, but no complaints. Overall the experience was a typical franchise restaurant experience, but nothing that separated it from the pack. I would go back, for sure.
