CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE-THRU. tonight is the proverbial last straw for me. at night they leave out sandwiches from my order more often than should ever be acceptable and when i go inside to get my order fixed they treat me like it's my fault for their screw up (even with the manager right there aware of the situation), especially one particular employee that seems to have a perpetually unpleasant attitude towards me (coincidentally, she's always present when they get my orders wrong). it's painfully obvious that she is as tired of dealing with me as i am of dealing with her. it's apparent in her attitude and tone that in her mind it's always MY fault for getting my order wrong, when in reality it is just her incompetence. it'll be a cold day in hell before i do business with this store again.

Wendy's was extremely slow. So I went in, my son asked if anything was wrong. Wilmenia replied that they were not robots. My son who is 10 says yes ma'am, but we usually don't wait 14 minutes. My son is a time fanatic and kept up with our wait time.. Wilmenia walked off
