I recently moved to IOP and this place is great. Apparently all new mgmt, they go that extra mile. The food is sit down quality and it is on the same side as several other places I'd go. Scott was super nice as was Danielle. So good in fact I had to write this. If you are wanting delicious food and a staff that honestly cares this new team is top notch.

If I could, then I would give the Isle of Palms Pizza Hut a 1/2 star. We ordered over the phone and were not given the local deals. When we went to pick up, we saw on the window a deal that would have worked for our specific order. When we went inside to pick up our order, we asked about getting the deal. We were told that we didn't ask for it when we ordered, so we couldn't get the deal. ABSURD!!!! Then I spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone trying to get in touch with a manager and was never able to speak to one. TWO THUMBS DOWN, especially for customer service!!!

This place is the absolute worst!!! Don't ever order from here. Have been waiting for my pizza that I ordered online over an hour ago. Can't get anyone to answer the phone to let me know where my pizza may be. Unbelievable frustrating experience. Please don't ever suffer this. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Don't ever order from this sorry place!! Wish I could be more emphatic!
