I just had the shrimp and grits at Roy's Grill. They are amazing!! This little place is legit! If you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and give it a shot. They have great BBQ and Cajun flavors going on!

I have tried just about everything on the menu that I want except for the slaw. The 3 different melts (1 Philly style) a cheeseburger, the greens, green beans, fried okra, mac n cheese, ribs, potato salad, 3 of the bbq sauces and the shrimp & grits. The ribs, the mayo based bbq sauce and the shrimp & grits are good. The melts, sandwiches and cheeseburger and even the mac n cheese are all extremely dry. The sides and everything else is just ok.

I heard good things about the food but to be honest I was not impressed. The philly cheese sandwich I ordered was small with hardly any meat and it was over priced. It was over $30 for three ribs and a philly sandwich with no drinks or sides.

Such a talent!! He catered our meeting and everyone (about 30 people) wanted to know who catered because it was so good!! We had the barbeque pork and he offered 4 sauces (which were off the chain)!! Green beans and potato salad. You must try this hidden jewel in Lexington, SC
