Other than the rising cost of eating out, you definitely get what you pay for here! The food has always been exceptional when we visit. I always have leftovers and no clean up! Worth every single penny!!

Had dinner here a couple nights ago. I asked for no mayo on my burger, it has mayo on it when I get it. Waitress says she will take care of it and brings it to the back. She returns literally 45 seconds later with the burger. They put a new bun on top and tried to wipe the mayo off even though they still left a lot on the cheese. My wife got the fried chicken and it was good but the sides were dry and you could tell they weren't fresh. Overpriced and bad service.

On a busy street, difficult in and out during rush hours, unless you take the back road in. Friendly staff, explained to me what needed to be done for my online order. Food was well packed. The rolls were great along with the mash potatoes. However, the ribs was salty to my taste. It was tried and hard. Tasted like leftovers where you have to warm it in the microwave and you end up overcooking it and now the meat has some hard spots. This was my first time trying Fatz. I had a coupon for $20 off my purchase. I will try something different next time to see if I like it.

Our waitress was awesome! However the menu changes not so much! Please bring back the original fatz rolls and butter! And for the love of God please get rid of the "sauteed green beans" they were more like stewed sweet green beans...absolutely disgusting. Also with the new look of the restaurant if country line dancing club is the look you were trying to achieve you nailed it. I however prefered the actual walls an booths they helped keep the sound of nagging patrons fussing at kids and screaming babies down so that a couple on a date could actually hear each other and have a nice dinner. There use to be a certain amount of intimacy while dinning here, now it's like being on a date 50+ strangers. Very sad! This use to be one of my favorite restaurants.

Tried to eat out with my family tonight. My rating is very poor tonight. Half the family got their plates first the others waited about 15 mins longer. The kids ordered chicken strips that took an hour. The all you can eat ribs are a joke. You get 6 tiny ribs 2 really small sides and takes 20 mins or longer to get next order.we were here waiting 3 hours mostly waiting for food. They basically wait you out, hope that you get frustrated and full on free rolls. I give no stars!!
