I have been here several times and have always had a good meal. The staff is very nice and helpful, the food comes out fast and hot! The lemonade is made fresh not powdered and the margarita's are excellent.

I visited the "downtown" location. Great place for friends and food! Absolutely the best salsa and fresh margaritas! The food is authentic, and the atmosphere lively! Definitely recommend, and have!

Love Santis.... The wet burrito is the best along with the chips and salsa. I always get an order of the queso as well. There food is always fresh and very authentic.

This place is grossly overrated. For drinks- yes - Good spot. Other than that: Chips not crispy- way too thick, salsa is extremely bland. Overpriced for what you get. This is kind of a staple it seems in Charleston and it’s a shame that it doesn’t stand up to the talk. Not a fan. Try Senior Tequila instead- way better grub.
