Our waitress was very nice. She was speedy to bring refills and got our orders right. However, the food service was slow. It took quite a while to get out food. Our food was good. And it was also hot and fresh. I'd order takeout, but wouldn't wait that long again.

The restaurant was semi-crowded, but within my view was 4 open booths. We waited about 15 minutes tone seated. Ordered drinks and food immediately, but then we waited...and waited...and waited...well you get the picture. After an hour, we finally called the manager over and asked her to explain why or food was taking so long, as several tables seated after us was eating and some about finished. She went on a mission to check and find our missing fare. Suddenly a kitchen person shows up with our food...but, oh, can we have utensils...and more waiting. The same person that brought the food out finally got some to the table, threw it on the edge of the table as he walked by. As we were paying for our food, we laughed as the people waited and looked at a table that had been empty and uncleaned for 45 minutes that I'm sure they would like to sit at. Has this place really fell this far? It will be a very long time before I check it again to see! People still come here from the reputation, but that soon will run out with this service.

My overall feeling was "Meh". The atmosphere just bugging me for some reason. But, the food and drinks were good. The staff were super nice and handled the special requests of my friend's little sibling. Overall, low 4 star or high 3 star.

The wings are great... when you can get them. I love coming here for lunch when they have the wing bar, but they can never keep enough wings up there. More often than not, when I get here there are either no wings or no plates. Also, the service is very slow. I'm usually here for over an hour on my lunch break. There needs to be some adjustments to the efficiency of the Wing Bar if they are going to continue to offer it. You can hear the frustration from patrons about the lack of food and speed of service. How it has continued at this level must be due to the cost. I keep going back because I can (eventually) get good tasting wings at a good price, but only if I'm willing to factor patience into the bill.

This is the second trip to the wing bar. For second time, it has ran completely empty. If you are gonna have a buffet, it should be over stocked. People were standing in line waiting. Management was standing around. I heard, even corporate was in the building. I had to finally order from the menu. They need to be more considerate of their customers lunch hour. Or just dont have a buffet. On a good note. The server was great. Thanks for the reply. I do not need any comps or explanation. Just fix the issue for the future patrons.
