Waitressing Staff and Chef are an amazing team. I would recommend this restaurant for couples or small dining experience but not large setting group. Food was superb and the Chef was truly pleasant. He accommodated to our diet needs. I highly recommend the carrot souffle and grilled chicken. yummy! only suggestion is that they include a dessert menu on the table and a small menu for kids portions for the children. We went here for a birthday dinner for my husband and my 6 yr old had a hard time deciding on food after trying to soup and not being a fan the chef was nice to bring him out some fries. We had to ask our server about dessert which was different than most dining experiences where they ask us but she kindly told us the options and we tried the chocolate cake & key lime cake= both were divine! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice dinner date experience.

I was invited to eat here as a induction/protocol dinner for Beta Alpha Psi, an accounting honor society. I was delighted by the atmosphere here, and it was fun to hang out with friends. The food is good, and it is what you would expect from an upscale restaurant.

Great service, and decent food. Semi formal atmosphere. A bit pricy, and as is typical at some fancier restaurants - the portions are small.

Ambiance was great. Our server seemed to be overworked with to many tables. We did not receive the service we expected. That being said, the food was great. We started with the handmade tater tots. They were awesome! My wife had an oyster poor boy. She said it was perfectly prepared and tasted really good. I had the fried red snapper with cheese grits. That was incredibly awesome. The fish was cooked perfectly and was flakey and very moist. Overall, we enjoyed our time at II Samuels. We definitely will return and highly recommend this restaurant.

Very very expensive for what you get. My salmon way over cooked. As was my wifes. Daughter got shrimp n grits. Grits were cold, shrimp rubbery/over cooked. I have had lunch here many times...very good and reasonably priced. Will not spend that kind of money here again for dinner. Good luck.
