Love the franchise especially the salad bar, except this location/visit was a disappointment. The waitress was disengaged and very abrupt. She didn't go over the menu or the awesome new options available and trust me some of them look anazing. We had just gotten our food when five minutes later our bill was brought to us. She didn't ask if we needed anything, didn't ask if we were interested in dessert and didn't really check on us. It was 2:30 so wasn't busy or packed at all. Everything else of this place was good - the salad bar items were fresh and stocked, the bathroom was clean and the manager was nice as we saw her interviewing.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because my food was good. I couldn't wait to try their infamous salad bar only to be disappointed by it. The waitress attempted to help but was way too overworked. Two waitresses for an entire restaurant is way too much to bear. I felt sorry for these girls, and on prom night no less with all the crowds. We had to wait forever to get our drinks or food. Not impressed and won't return.

Great meal again. I had the sirloin and steak. It was cooked to my order, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. Service was awesome!

Waited at our table for ten minutes today. There were 4 other people in the entire dining room and our server never came to the table, or either of the others. Every one had empty drinks. Not impressed.
