We visited this Hardee's for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was somewhat busy for a Monday afternoon and seemed a bit short staffed (or perhaps too many employees were on break at the same time). With that taken into consideration we waited patiently. After 20 minutes i went to the counter to inquire about the status of our order (ticket 75) I was told they didn't have the ticket or food despite having proof of payment and receipt. I was terribly disappointed and asked for a refund for food i did not get. A Manager refunded my money but didn't offer an apology or explanation. I wont ever return to this location.

Dinning room and bathrooms was clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Between the store in Florence and West Columbia thus by far is the best around. Food is just the way you order if not they fix it without question.

I was very unhappy! One of the managers ( Essence) came in from outside and didn't wash her hands , and started bagging orders. The guys in the grill area was playing around. The girl working the drive thru was having problems with the orders. She asked the guy's in the grill what the sandwich was.So she was confused on what was what. I then waited 20 minutes for my order. This was at 6:12 pm. The other manager didn't catch her name but she was (Black) ,she was very helpful.I told her that the girl came in from outside and didn't wash her hands. She said she will take care of it. I have had a lot of problems at this store and no matter how I try to give it another chance they can't get it right. I really think I will not be going back. This was the worse experience ever.
