How is this place still in business? How do they even make enough money to keep the doors open? I'm legitimately surprised that they have not closed down. In 2+ years I have never had a good experience here. My wait in the drive thru is never less than 30 minutes. If there are more than 2 cars in front of me, I don't even bother. I've sent numerous correspondences to their corporate office and local managers and all I ever get back is "we'll have them reach out to you" but no one ever does. As of right now, there are 43 reviews and 25 of them (58%) are 1 star. Over half of these reviews give this Hardee's the worst rating you can get. Do not waste your time. The food is not worth the wait time, rudeness, or frustration. If they don't care enough to make your experience enjoyable, don't support their paycheck.

The food is terrible, nothing is served hot. Everything fried is oil logged and taste weird because they don’t clean or change the oil often. The tea doesn’t taste like tea more like pure sugar water. You have to wait excessive amounts of time to get your food. The lady at the window was not friendly and didn’t even say much besides how much my meal cost. If I could turn back time I would have rather go somewhere else or just didn’t eat.

There was blood on our cups. Staff was rude. Lettuce on thickburgers was old and brown. They don't pick up the phone when called. I understand this chain is better in some places than others but that gives them no right to jeopardize the health of the customer because they are so well known. Of course the incident was noted to higher authority but if this particular chain keeps messing up so massively, I will have news channel 7 witness the horror that really is Hardees of Cedar Springs because no one should wipe blood off of their cup and stress over if they'll be okay. And i'm still not done. The health department will know about this, I have pictures. Corporate will know about this. And soon everyone will know. Get new management in there. Inspect your food. Change employees.

I already knew that this is the slowest drive thru EVER but the rudeness is too much. I suggest that when a customer pulls up to the window, if you can't take their order right then, ask them to please hold. DO NOT wait until your customer has to wait so long to even hear a voice that they resort to blowing their horn and then RUDELY tell them you're dealing with another customer. Your food is NOT good enough to deal with the wait AND rudeness. My family will not be back.
