I’ll start off by saying their pizza is delicious and the atmosphere is really nice to dine in. It was previously one of my favorite places to eat in Bristol. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon. I ordered a small Margherita pizza, which was great as always, and a Long Island Iced tea. The first drink the server brought out had some weird black flakes floating in it (looked to me like the kind you get when you don’t clean the nozzles on drink dispensers for a while). I brought it to our server’s attention and she took it back, without apology, and brought me another a few minutes later. The second one also had some black flakes, though they were small and not as many, and a bug floating in it. (Looked like a large gnat maybe?) I got her attention, showed her the bug, and let her know I didn’t want a drink anymore. She took it back, again without apology, and I heard/saw her laughing about it to a coworker. I didn’t think it was funny - I thought it was pretty gross. They did not offer to discount my meal, though she did apologize as we left. The server was very nice otherwise, but I got the impression she didn’t really care that they tried to serve me a nasty drink twice or how I felt about it.

Came in on a snowy night and had a great meal! Soup and pizza hit the spot. I like specialty pizzas and there was a great selection. Service was just a little slow, but that may have been staffing because of the weather. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Great food. Service has been good in my experience. The Calzone is off the charts.
