I'll start off by saying that the good here is great, and you get almost exactly what you see in the picture on the menu. That being said, the service is unbearably slow and the location is outdated. You'll find yourself standing in line for a good 10-15 minutes on a good day in a dim room surrounded by others who are also waiting for their order. As much as I like the food, I can't justify such a long wait for what is supposed to be fast food.

We were just at the Dover rd jack in the box drive thru and we ordered our first meal... we were still deciding on the next two orders as I had the kids in the car with me...when the lady asked us what else we wanted. (Been 3 seconds btw) I told her we were still deciding... she then said.. “so what does that mean?” I was a bit puzzled but said ... that means we are not sure yet... It had literally been maybe 20-30 seconds at this point....so I wasn’t sure why she was rushing me. Then she told me to please go to her other menu——- again I was a bit puzzled... I said “the other menus is behind me” —to this she said “yes.” I said “so u want me to back up in the drive thru to the menus behind me?” She said “yes, there isnt no car behind you.” So I started to back up and a car came up behind me. At this point I was pretty irritated. Thankfully that car backed up and we took off. Not going there again! Horrrrrrrible customer service!!!! I called the manager and told her but she didn’t seem too concerned- told me to have a nice day .

So I am sitting here and the Manager is sitting in the corner, an employee goes up to her and tells her another employee it sick and wants to go home. The Manager said that she is sick and she is at work and that no one is going home till their shift is over. She also stated that if any one calls out they don't have a job. Just saw an employee blowing her nose and then went over to fill someone's order, no gloves, did not wash her hands. What the hell people???? Now I wish I hadn't came here. With the Flu going around let's have employees come in sick and pass it around. Good call Manager. Last time I will be come here and I will be sure to pass this on via Facebook too.
