Amazing meal. If you order the sweet potato waffle don't let the "normal" look betray you. It was packed with the flavor you would expect. It is served with a side of cream cheese and their own Tennessee honey sauce which is just sweet enough to compliment the waffle. The chicken is good and juicy with extremely crispy skin. Overall it was a great meal

Great service. Everyone was super nice. Kinda crowded and the wait was kinda long but everyone that worked there made sure we were ok. Food came out after a normal wait. I had the down home which is normal chicken and waffles. Didn't come with enough syrup but was brought extra. Ordered scrambled eggs but it came out with bacon. I didn't mind that at all. Overall everything was great. Just wish it was closer to me.

My wife and I have been here numerous times, but I'm not certain if we will come back. The food has always been excellent and if you have absolutely no where to be and don't mind a staff that moves at a glacial pace, I highly recommend this establishment. The service was excellent when they first opened, but the faces have changed since then and they are now extremely slow. The past few times we have come in we have stood for over ten minutes waiting to be seated. Plenty of open tables and people standing around with seemingly nothing to do, yet they can't seem to seat us. Once seated, forget about your drinks being refilled and you better get everything you need on the first go, because you are unlikely to see anyone for quite some time. Again, the food here is great, but the service has fallen to a disappointing level.

Food was great and staff was super friendly. We were passing through but will definitely stop when we are back through again. Really good food and service.

Very nice! Just love this breath of fresh morning air, with a warm welcoming staff and creative menu that is a cut above. From salmon croquets to biscuits & gravy to sweet potato waffles and steak & eggs. The food is quite good, but on subsequent visits the fruit has been lacking. I believe the quality of food and service has lost its edge from the for days of the grand opening week. They charge top prices for top offerings, which is fine however the service and food quality & quantity should remain above average. I think everyone should give them a try because they're a local unique restaurant that has some unique offerings for the area and you be the judge. Highway 72 right next door to the Sunset motel with adequate parking but with signage that can be easily missed so be ion the look out. I am staying with a 4 star and may revisit on my future visits if the good and service come back to where it was when I first experienced on my initial experience. I wish them lots of luck and hope they stay around for the long tetm.
