We are highly excited about our first, but not last meal in this low key although amazing home cooking establishment. Hungry as bears, we rode by and saw 'home cooking' and whipped right into the humble parking lot of an older and modest building to give it a try. Lo and behold, we ordered one of the choices on the weekday specials and it was brought out with speed, smiles, and scents of my Grandma's kitchen. We ate without speaking after we give thanks to God of course. We had a plate full of chicken/dressing, fried okra, greens w/pepper vinegar, basketful of cat head buscuits and cornbread to boot. The bill was dropped off without our knowledge because we were so enthralled with our meal. We paid 12.00 for all of this feast w/ two pieces of homemade pie to go for later! We have found our new 'go to' spot for southern home cooking! Thank you 'Sisters'; you have brought our childhood back to us through our tummies! Anyone who gives a negative review doesn't know the meaning of down South eating!
