I paid for my dinner tonight, but never ate it... by my own choosing. I ordered a Chicken Fried Steak special. Two people initially attempted to complete the order. They plated up my food, discovered that they were out of gravy and then left my plate on a container in the open while they attempted to make the gravy. The water that they tried to use wasn't warm enough to mix correctly. The manager than appeared from the office and proceeded to help, after wiping his damp hands on his ass. No joke. After using the whisk for a couple of minutes he then dips his finger into the gravy to check the temperature of it. After that he went to set the pan of gravy in the grease vat to heat it up. This is when I decided that $6 wasn't worth asking for a refund for, considering it would mean talking to this clueless manager and I left.
