I love Noodles & Co as a whole, but this location has really gone down hill in the past year. Went with my husband and another couple for an early dinner and we were all let down by the service and cleanliness. The server didn't bring out silverware or napkins, nor was there silverware stocked by the drink machine. We asked for plastic silverware. My friend found a corner of plastic packaging in her salad. The drink machine was out of ice. There were wrappers and crumbs galore on the floor. I had also recently signed up for Noodles Rewards and was excited to use it, but the cashier said nothing about any rewards programs. No big deal. Googled it and figured it out at home. I've been to Noodles & Co's in Boulder, CO and Knoxville, TN and have had great experiences. Maybe I'll stick to those locations instead!

The staff that I spoke to was really kind, funny, and helpful. The food was brought out promptly and was good quality for the low price. The rewards program is a steal. I didn't witness any cleanliness issues.

Just left Noodles and Compamy in Green Hills, won't be going back. My husband and I both ordered Pai Thai which came out with big chunks of burnt scrambled egg and very greasy noodles, not much else. The drink machine fell apart on the customer before us, the utensils weren't stocked, tables not cleaned and the dirty dish return overflowing. We've eaten there several times before and had a totally different dining experience but it was evident that things have gone down hill recently.

Food is dependably good, but dang do the air vents need to be cleaned. It's disgusting to look up, right over where you eat or get a drink at the drink station, and see the black dust on all of the vents and pipes. Ew.

Used to be great. Terrible service, food isn’t any good anymore, always dirty tables.
