My wife and I absolutely LOVE Cool Cafe! You cannot go wrong with anything you order from fried chicken to pot roast to lemon pepper chicken. Their veggies are absolutely delicious - I would recommend the white beans, mashed potatoes and gravy and mac 'n cheese! And by all means do NOT skip the banana pudding! Besides the great southern cooking is a fantastic staff! From owner Tim to everyone behind the counter they make you feel completely at home. Thank you Cool Cafe staff for one of the best food experiences in all of Franklin and Nashville! You never disappoint!

Good Comfort food huge portions at lunch. Large local crowd. Quick lunch option that you could feed two people. Originally a 3 star upgraded to a 4 star after my third visit. Only holding back a star because I reserve the 5th star for something beyond expectation. That way you can weigh the difference between $ place and a $$$ place. Place could be brighter inside and create a community table in the middle vs single taking multiple two & 4 tops

Cool Cafe and their awesome crew serve up the best lunch and dinner in all of the South. If you are looking for an awesome place to go with huge servings, Cool Cafe will not disappoint. This meat and 3 is the place to go! If you're looking for the best steak or best hamburger in Franklin and Nashville on Friday or Saturday night this is place to come! Thank you Tim, Kelvin, Mickey and the whole Cool Cafe gang for the best fried chicken, fried pork chop, meatloaf, corn, fried okra and fresh salads. You will love it!

Great food. Price is a little high but you expect that on this side of town. Portion sizes are good as well
