There was many empty tables an we still had to wate. They were out of rolls & mac n cheese. Our waitress was very nice. My boyfriend liked his meal. My chicken salad was not as big as usual an had a ton of bitter white lettuce in it. I picked out more than i got to eat :( what i was able to eat was good. Our 2 year old grandson loved his pizza

They are usually not good at all. Idk why but they use to be great when they first opened around 2002 or 2003. But every yr seems like they get worse and worse. It's to the point that I just don't ear there but great news.. I'm going to try it another time or 2 because me and my daughter ate there the other day and it was great. So if it keeps being great we'll start eating there again. I hope it wasn't just a one time thing

Poor quality service. We got our To-Go order. Checked it, cause last time the order too was incorrect. We check it this time before driving all the way home to find that it was incorrect again. The cheeseburger got fries instead of mac n cheese. Even the chicken sandwich didn't come with a top bun. So I went in to get at least the mac n cheese instead of fries, but they made me wait twenty minutes to get the mac n cheese and it was almost cold when I was handed the small container. By the time I got home the rest of the meal was cold and quite gross. I am highly dissatisfied with how O'Charley's has become. Won't be going back.

Purchased a to-go order for six persons. Attempted to order online, however they would not accept payment online. Called in order, the lady was rude. Arrived to pick up my meal on time. At this point that tell me, not only is my order not ready, they are out of a steak, had to replace the order. I then had to wait 20 minutes for that steak, as the rest of my food waited. Then the checkout girl could not consolidate the checks, had to pay for them separate. Not to mention, by the time I returned home, my food quality was awful due to waiting, no I don't want a soggy burger or a over cooked prime rib, or cold fries! ** note I later had to go back, was left on hold for 20 minutes after i asked for a manager; however, after speaking with a manager, they did their absolute best to make up for the issue. So I would up the overall experience to a one and a half star.

Not a frequent visitor. They have changed the potato soup from what it use to be, I didn't care much for it. The Blackened Salmon was ok and with the bourbon glaze it made it even taste better. Had to wait on drinks after they where already made and sitting on the bar counter.
