Food is terrible every time I go. I think they might microwave everything because the bread is usually hard and the cheese hard. I won't ever go back. Terrible place. I like other Arby's but absolutely hate this one. I always have to throw the food away it is so bad. Or I give it to my dogs. I tried the oreo bites and they burned my fingers and were hard with no cream inside.. Had to throw them away they were so terrible. Place is a waste of money!

The food is pretty good (for a fast-food restaurant of course) but when I went, they looked short staffed so I had to wait a few minutes to have my order taken. But other than that, I had a good time

Customer service was excellent. Manager went out if his way to take care of me even though they were about to close because of bad weather.
