Very loud, but food was good. The waiters were very efficient and friendly. Onion rings were the best, however, my hamburger wasnt all that great. I expected a much better burger with all the hype of best burger in west tn.

Great old fashioned burgers. Everyone is so nice and friendly. We eat here a couple of times a week.

With a hometown feel, you sit down to not only eat the yummiest burger but you'll also get the wonderful southern hospitality everyone serves at Bell's. It's my favorite burger place by far! You won't be disappointed!

The service was incredibly slow and not very friendly. It took a solid hour just to get a house salad. We were ignored for a good half hour. I'll give it an extra star for the food being good, but it wasn't worth the wait or poor service.

After 40 years of driving out of the way for the best burger in the area, they have managed to mess up a great burger by precooking and holding in a pan of water. Burger was watery, crumbly and tasted steamed. They said they do that to keep up. They didn't have trouble keeping up with fresh cooked burgers while Joe Bell was living. Please fix this or keeping up will not be a problem. Sorry for the bad review, but this was very disappointing. The tater tots are still awesome!
