Tonight after a long day at work I ordered a $50 dinner for my family from Tazza to be delivered. I called in the order to ensure its accuracy and asked that the sauce and veggies for the 2 gyro sandwich's be put on the side in a separate box so that the sandwiches would not get soggy. Unfortunately my gyros arrived drenched in a half cup of cucumber sauce and the veggies were wrapped in foil and tucked under my once hot french fries. Reasonably upset I called the store and asked for the manager Nora. After explaining to her the problem and asking her to send new sandwiches she condescendingly asked me if any bites had been taken off of the two sandwiches which I wanted replaced. Surprised I answered no, due to the amount of cucumber sauce they were almost inedible anyway, and I asked if they wanted them back. Nora proceeded to tell me that yes they wanted them back and that she would send two new ones, but that if the old ones had been eaten off of the driver would take the new ones back! At this point I felt like she was accusing me of trying to get free food and I asked for the owners contact information, which she told me she was unable to share. At this point she gruffly told me new ones were on the way and hung up. Flustered I called back, after all she was supposed to take my info down so that the owner could get back to me. When she answered I told her I wanted a full refund and that I would send all the food back untouched due to her awful customer service, of course she told me no and hung up again. I never received a call form the owner, I never received new gyros, and I never received an apology for the mishandling of our order or the fact that I had toocook my kids grilled cheese for dinner because their take out experience was ruined by a rude manager. I will NEVER order form here again and I urge you all to beware of this place because they simply don't care about their customers satisfaction.

I normally don't write reviews but as of right now I am heated. I order from here almost once a week, 90% of the time my order is wrong, but it's still good. Tonight I ordered a salad, with dressing* might I add. However, I get my food, no dressing whatsoever, normally I wouldn't be mad when they forget my ranch, however when it comes to a SALAD it's supposed to be there. So I called the restaurant to see if you know, MAYBE they could complete my order, and then was lied to, and stated "we're not making anymore runs tonight" but they will give me a dessert next time. Okay cool, I'll just go and get it myself, I pull up to the restaurant, as a delivery driver is walking out with a fresh new order that they hopefully got right for them. As I walk up to the counter, I ask for my dressing, only to be looked at like I had 3 heads. Then once I got what was SUPPOSED to be included in my order I got nothing but attitude from the teenagers in the back and was told to leave. So now, here I am, back at home getting ready to eat my salad, and realize that the salad I ordered was only 40% accurate to the description. Let's just say I'm less than amused at this point. Happy Friday. 5 minutes later.... The burger we got for my fiance was wrong as well! Yay for us.

My husband and I usually order for delivery but it is fantastic on location. Nice and chill atmosphere and our server, Brian, has been awesome and very considerate! Our food were served hot too! Their food portion are generous and fresh. Worth visiting if I come back towards Hendersonville again.

The food is great. But when you call to place an order for delivery the man is always rude you can tell he doesn’t want to be taking your order and he doesn’t have time for you he rushes you and says oh my god when something doesn’t work right the first time as a customer service rep. I understand sometimes you can get busy and things may seem overwhelming and if this were to only happen once I would have said anything but for it to happen everytime I place an order and for him to act like that it makes me want to take my business else where.
