Found this place coming back from Roan Mountain to Nashville and I wish we could’ve taken this gem home with us. It is so cool how you can make a custom pizza or let the pizza maker make a one of a kind most delicious creation. FRESH INGREDIENTS AND HOMEADE EVERYTHING!!! The staff is friendly. Shout out to Ben and the guy from Calhoun that checked us out. We will be back. BEST PIZZA! YOU BETTER GO!!

First of all, let me start by saying this place is "not for everyone", which is one of their slogans. However, my husband and I adore this place for their wood-fired pizza and homemade meats. (Their pepperoni is truly divine, in my opinion.) There is no soda fountain, rather they have a cooler full of sodas in glass bottles, but it is also bring your own beer/wine, so we usually bring a two-liter or a gallon of tea if we're eating there since we're not big soda drinkers. This place is the definition of eclectic in decor: a record player, guitars and vinyl on the walls, snappy art, etc. There is almost always a wait because of the nature of a brick oven pizza, so don't be alarmed if you're waiting for a bit. We often call ahead and order, then just flop down at one of the tables and eat. Bonuses: they recycle all of their cardboard and glass.

Got a pizza and salad for carryout. I couldn't resist the rice Krispy bricks at the checkout counter and I'm so glad I have such awful willpower, they were delicious! Pizza was obviously made with high quality ingredients and salad was fresh with excellent dressing. I highly recommend and will return.

This is my favorite place to eat out. It's a laid back and friendly place. They are locally-owned and try to source all their ingredients locally as well. It's surprisingly a gluten-free friendly environment. I've never once been sick from eating here and I've eaten here dozens of times and am rather sensitive to it.
