This subway location is amazing. I actually avoided this location for about a year after my first experience where the staff seemed to be inconvenienced by me. But it seems the store has seriously turned that around as the guy and gal working today seemed genuinely happy and eager to serve. 5 stars all around for the current staff! I will certainly be a return customer.

i’ve given this store multiple chances over the years and i’ve finally had it. Do note that i’ve been to this place more than just 3 times but these where the times i really became livid and questioned my life choices. the first strike was asking for more mayo on my sandwich and them saying something along the lines of you sure? you really don’t need anymore there’s a lot of fat in it. Second strike was i ended up getting extremely sick from the tuna salad. I’ve had it at other locations and been fine but this one made my stomach turn and i wasn’t leaving the wiz palace for hours. (that should have been the last chance but what can i say i’m lazy and don’t wanna sit at another red light to get to my food.) So i ended up going again and was blown away with the rudest butthole woman i’ve EVER met. I’m just gonna drive the extra few miles to another subway. Honestly whenever i’ve came here the associates have been either extremely great and usually high or most of the time rude. The only reason i wouldn’t want this place shut down is because the rude staff would end up finding another establishment to ruin my meals at.

worst shop in Johnson city. trashy looking people. thirty min wait just to get up to where you order. Then it took them so long to dress the orders in front of me by the time i paid and got my Oven roasted chicken sandwich to the car it was already cold. will not go back to this location.

I was in there Saturday night March the third and the rude black lady took the order of a mother and her to daughters while a white lady was counting money the black lady was extremely rude when they first walked up to the counter to order then started making the order and just walked off to the back and just left them standing there with there food on the counter the three of them ended up walking out cause she never came back out but asked the white lady if they had left after leaving them standing there for a few mins

I cannot compliment Beth and Tanya enough. These ladies always ensure that my catering orders are spot on. I have never placed an order that was not absolutely correct. This Subway is a step above any Subway I have used in the past. If you are looking for a caterer to cater your next meeting/ party, I would highly suggest Subway on S Roan. You will not be disappointed.
