Food was very good. They were busy, but still very friendly to the customers. Two of the guys working there were very easy on the eyes. I loved the ribs. Fries could have been better. I will be back for sure.

My husband & I visited Braedens last night for the 1st time.... They where a little busy, but service was prompt and the employees where very nice. We both ordered the pulled pork platters with extra sides, we took our orders to go. And we where very impressed, the food was so fresh and the BBQ was amazing.... We will absolutely stop by again when we are in the area!!! Highly recommend this place if your looking for a homestyle BBQ meal.💛

Really good food and very good atmosphere. Loved the Gospel music. Most places will not play Gospel music and I'm glad a few still do. We will be back!

Visited twice since moving to Kingsport. On 4/27 and again on 5/3. Both times, customers who came in and ordered after me, got their food before me. One lady even took her time ordering yet she got her bbq ribs and two other meals before I got a turkey sandwich and pulled pork. The girls up front clearly do not know their job and seem confused on what food goes with which ticket but the worse part is that there is no communication between those girls and the kitchen. After quite a long wait,I finally got my food thanks to the guy I assume is the owner because he was on the phone placing an order with Sys co and still knew what I ordered. I am always willing to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt but when you've been there twice with the same result, this is not someplace I will go back to and it's a shame....good food, horrible service.
