Ate here many times when I was younger and loved it, just ate there today with my wife for the first time in a few years and we both believe we have food poisoning. Been to several Sonics before and this one just seemed to not have their act together, as the burgers tasted rather mediocre.

It would be a real treat to get a hot hamburger and fries. This is almost the worse place for good food in Lafollette tn.

Not a good experience, my order was wrong but we had already drove away and not enough time to return, food even for fast food was well below what I would consider average and wait time a bit longer than I would expect. I could have done a good sit down with the time and money and been more satisfied.

Service is SOOO slow. Food is fine, but be prepared to wait.

Very poor service, I went through the drive thru and the girl asked over the speaker if she could take my order and what would I like, I told her my order which was just a couple of the double cheeseburger specials, then silence, I waited for a couple of minutes before saying did you get the cheeseburgers order and still silence, I waited just a little bit longer before I decided to drive on up to the window, before I got to the window I caught a nice employee that was coming back in from delivering to a car over on the side and I told her I wasn't sure if the girl at the window had gotten my order so I proceeded to give it to her and she took it in, I was next to the window right after that and the girl that was working the speaker and drive thru was really rude, as I felt like I had made everyone have to wait behind me because they hadn't gotten my order until the girl from the outside had brought it in so it took about 8 to 10 minutes more from the time I got to the window but when the girl working the drive thru handed, I should say shoved the food she just rudely said here's your order, I guess I should be thankful I did get a thank you even though is wasn't used the nicest way but there's a 99.9% chance I'll never eat there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either however the food was great. They have just had the worst customer service for about the past 5 years.
