The tuna. I don't know where they source their Tuna from, but it's the best I have ever had. Anywhere, and I have had sushi all around the US and abroad. It's almost eerie. Dustin (the sushi chef) also has a memory that puts migratory waterfowl to shame (think Eidetic) and will remember you, your friends, family, boss, birthday, and favorite sushi from the moment you first walk in the door, until your 40th visit. We don't even order anymore, we just walk in the door and sit down, and food starts coming across the bar, until we can't eat anymore. Reasonably priced too! Can't beat it. I would never have guessed such a thing would exist in Smyrna Tennessee, but it does. Just wow. Thanks Dustin!
