Ordered a Reuben and basically got pumpernickel, sauce, and the meat didn't even cover half a slice of bread. Ordered without sauerkraut...guess their main ingredient on a Reuben is sauerkraut, no meat. Rip off, will not give them my business again.

I had my review at a 5 Star now it’s at one I went in the drive threw tonight The shift manager Lacy Reynolds was extremely rude! She had a attitude over the intercom, she snatched my money out of my hand, she threw the change practically in my palm she is sooo rude and I hope to not ever have her again in the drive thru that actually made me not want to spend my money there anymore that’s no way to treat someone who’s pretty giving you business, I understand she may be pregnant there’s a time and place for all that, the other girls who were working with lacy tonight were very nice they smiled at me thru the window. Lacy needs to get her attitude together

Food was just ok. Customer service was weak not friendly at all. When to ask for a to go box so I could take the rest of my sandwich with me. Two employees looked straight at me one of them being a manger and never said a word to me just walked away. That is not the way we done business when I worked in the business for over 20 years. I hope maybe it will get better. Maybe they need to clean house and start over.
