This was my first time at a Bojangles, ever, as we were traveling through the south. We waited 15 min after ordering to get to the window, where we paid and were not provided a reciept. We were asked to pull forward and waited another 5 minutes until someone brought out fresh food. We were only slightly irritated by this time, as slow service happens sometimes. We got back out on the road and discovered we didn’t have silverware, so couldn’t eat any of our sides, none of our dipping sauces, so the fresh chicken was a giant bland let-down. The food was fresh, what we were able to eat without being provided silverware. Here’s were my frustrations escalate- I called to discuss this with the store, we weren’t going to turn around and go back, so I requested one of the two meals be refunded. The girl I spoke to said that it was only possible if we were present as the card *had* to be swiped. Then she HUNG UP ON ME. When mistakes are made, I expect someone working in food service to attempt to right a wrong. No other options were suggested, no apologies were issued, and I was expected, despite having patiently waited 20 min for food, to be the one to fix the problem. Needless to say, I will not ever return to this chain restaurant and am looking forward to returning home were manners are more common.

I ordered from here for the first time about a month ago and have been back several times since. I was delighted by the different options available. I have to recommend the bo-berries and cinnamon biscuits. I had never had any before, and are delicious. There was a little wait, which I didn't mind because that meant it had to be made fresh and not just pulled out of a microwave. I would suggest maybe a line of different salads, but other than that, I love Bojangles.

The food is good for the most part, but if you get mashed potatoes or green beans with your meal be prepared to get only a few bites. They are already giving you a small container, but they don't even fill them halfway full anymore. I finally asked the supervisor about this, but she said that's what they were supposed to do with a little attitude sprinkled in. You get way more if you get fries, but half the time those taste like they've been sitting for a few hours. I'd love to talk with the owner of this place because it could be a successful restaurant. There's a reason why this place is never busy.
