I enjoyed stopping here while on a long road trip. The service was quick and you have the option to oder off of a menu or get the buffet. The Iron Skillet reminded me of the old truck stop days when truckers wanted a good hardy meal before they headed back out on the road. I did not expect much when me and my family sat down. The server we had was wonderful and made us feel like family. I had a great meal and so did my family.

Normally pretty quick. Today was really slow for a Saturday afternoon. The meal was good and prepared as i wanted it but took over an hour to get it.

I rarely go into truck stops to eat. Unhealthy food all over the USA that are high in carbohydrates. However, i catered my meal to my low carb diet and these guys knocked it out of the park! The steak was cooked medium rare exactly as ordered; That is very hard to find. It was all around an A+ meal and I had excellent service. Will come back again.

We like the idea of being able to get a chef style omelet on the weekend's however the buffet breakfast needs a little help.
