The restaurant meets corporate Bojangles standards. Staff is friendly every time I went. And there were only a couple of bad experiences such as them being out of what I ordered back to back on three separate visits on multiple items which is not the staffs fault but does signify poor management by the higher-ups who are responsible for making these orders. Bojangles itself is by far my favorite fast food commercialized chicken joint. There chicken and biscuits are amazing and their dirty rice is one of my favorites.

I love Bonjangles! Of course I love Cajun cooking. I laugh at people, "There's so much spice in their food!" DUH - It's Cajun! The chicken is always hot and fresh. The biscuits and sides are great. Breakfast is a little rough. Not as strong of management during breakfast. I do have an issue with one particular very skinny female manager that I've seen chew out young employees. She makes sure there's an audience. I haven't said anything yet but the next time it happens I will be barbecuing her butt! If you can't handle the stress of the job - don't do the job. Don't yell at your teenage employees like that. When you deal with teenagers - it is a learning experience for them far beyond the reaches of your wildest dreams. LOL! You have to be patient and be a parent at the same time.
