This particular restaurant is in dire need of an overhaul. I am not sure if management is the problem or a lack of leadership from the owner but I have been by 3 times over the last 2 months and they have been temporarily closed due to under staffing or equipment problems. This is unacceptable for any restaurant during normal business hours. When you are actually able to order, the service is often slow but the food quality and prep is typically good. This restaurant is in a prime location and could do very well if some time, money, and leadership was invested into it.

Honestly I would take back the star if they had the order wrong but that was the only thing good about service on 3/14/18 at 7pm!Everyone there needs a pat on the back for doing such a horrible job! Wait time was 25+ minutes, all the hard tacos had to be eaten with a spoon, the soft we're so messy they had to be too! The gordita crunch should have been served in a bowl, or on a plate! I would recommend that everyone working at the date and time list above be drug/alcohol tested, their pay reduced to $5 an hr if they pass the D/A test, and the others be fired! By far one of the worst services in 30 years of my life! I will not be going back ever again, and I highly recommend no one else does either! If you want Taco Bell, then go to Camden or Martin and forget about Paris!

Food is great Cashier was not very accomodating / she didn't seem to want to help the people

The food here was good and they were very nice to me but I had to wait in line for almost fifteen minutes. I got to the window and there was a help needed sign so I am thinking they are understaffed. So I guess they are doing the best they can with the few staff they have....
