The Catbird Seat is a life-changing meal. However, the experience transcends food, even time. My wife and I were there for the better part of 3 hours, and it all felt like the most wonderful, lucid dream. Being able to watch the most talented chefs in the region was a delight, as their thoughtfulness, respect for the ingredients, humility, and surgical precision made it feel like you were seeing something you weren't supposed to see, but in the best way possible. Yes, this is one of the (possibly THE) finest dining experiences in the state of TN. But, it should be noted there is a palpable sense of flexibility to the meal's rhythm, as the staff never makes you feel rushed to move from one course to the next. Worth every penny.

Wow. This was an existential experience, truly. Went for a special Valentine’s day 10-course tasting menu and was absolutely blown away. Every bite was beautifully composed, each dish a seemingly unthinkable flavor combination, and the wine pairings were actually wonderfully paired even down to the local sake. Every one of the staff was knowledgeable about what they were serving, it’s preparations, it’s flavor. Could keep writing this review for a long time speaking it’s praises, but I’ll leave it there. Wow.

Unbelievable flavor combinations. All emplooyees/chefs are very welcoming and nice. The food was incredible and also just the right amount. Overall a fantastic experience. I recommend the drink pairings as it adds to the experience.

Intimate setting for a superb supper. Everything was prepared and presented perfectly. My favorite foodie meal in Nashvegas. Hosts, chefs and service was outstanding. Not to be missed the prohibition era speakeasy-like bar downstairs. Not as intimate, but definitely a cool vibe with a music row crowd sipping on house-original mixed drinks.
