We went with a large party on a Saturday night for a birthday party. We were seated quickly, the service was excellent, the drinks were never empty, and the food was really good. I had the Earl special. It came with soup and salad. The French onion soup had excellent flavor, and the New York strip they served me was cooked to order at medium perfectly. No steak sauce needed.

A group of friends celebrated my husband's birthday at the Grease Rack tonight. Delicious as always. We shall return again & again. Great food & friendly service. Our favorite restaurant in Newport.

I took my wife there for her birthday this past Saturday. It was our first time to go to this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, The owner stopped by our table and talked with us, and it was the best steak in East TN. Plenty of food. If you walk out of there hungry, it's your own fault. We will definitely be back!
