Breakfast: ordered the Veggie Omelet and it was a scrambled egg with peppers and onions made into a oval pattie then a thin layer of jar cheese spread was smeared on it and folded over. Biscuits and gravy were good. Coffee was really good. The other order was eggs over easy, one was but the other was a yellow hockey puck. Waitress never came back after the food was delivered. She came back and refilled coffee and etc to all the tables that were around us. Guess if you not a regular ... All the good reviews are lunch so we should have waited.

One of my all-time favorite places to eat! I believe it's the only Diner in Oak Ridge. I'm not positive. It's the only Diner I have ever seen in my 10 years of living in Oak Ridge. The food is amazing. It reminds me of a Diner from back home, in New England ~ Connecticut. The only difference is they have Southern biscuits and gravy which we don't have back home. Jefferson Fountain has as a wonderful selection of great food, great service, great prices and a great gift shop ~ pharmacy

A somewhat hard to find soda fountain/diner with one of the best (and reasonably priced) burgers I've had in a long time. Sorry Stock & Barrel! Everything is made fresh and the buns are sooooo soft! My only complaint is that I didnt get one to go for later! Try the Myrtle burger. U wont be disappointed with it or any of their other tasty delights!
