I ordered the 6oz ribeye today. I would not recommend. It was more like a thicker breakfast steak. If your going to order one get the 10oz. The salad was old and brown in some places, not very good. Allison the door greeter was the best part of the day. Very pleasant. The tea was also great. Sorry for the poor rating but you 6oz blew it.

We really enjoyed our visit. I didn't give 5 stars because a waitress (not ours) was very short and actually pretty nasty with fellow employees in the public view, not very professional. The food was very good, great specials, our waiter was attentive and professional and as I already said we enjoyed our visit.

Would give this place 6 stars if I could. Delightful staff with wonderful service. The steak sandwich was amazing.

The 10 oz ribeye was only 1/4 inch thick and I like mine 1/2-5/8 thick. The house salad dressing was delicious.

Sarge's is a local favorite, always busy and just off of I-65 exit 14 in Pulaski. The chopped steak with rice & gravy is a hunger pleaser. The NY strip is juicey and doesn't need steak sauce. Staff is always courteous and pleasant. One of our favorite stops when visiting relatives here.
