My husband and I came in to Lil Caesars on Lowry st last night. We ordered 3pizzas and did a split payment. My card declined for the last 2.46 of the total. I held up the line calling my bank trying to figure out what was wrong. Needless to say your Cashier was a complete sweetheart and paid that remaining balance for us. This girl deserves a raise!! She never once complained about how long we were taking and demonstrated excellent customer service. She took care of the rest of the balance with no questions asked. Miss January was the name on our receipt. I’m not sure if this was her or a family members name listed on the card receipt but thank you. You are one of the best employees they have ever had!! lil Caesar’s you guys are crazy if you don’t recognize this young woman!!

I Walked in at 720 at the Smyrna location and people were waiting. I wondered why but then was told Nothing was available at all. Literally nothing. People were walking out. I own a business locally and if I were losing business based on being OUT OF WHAT Is advertised as HOT N READY !!! I would question my staff and make adjustments accordingly. Maybe I'll just open my own near Sam Ridley. Tim Evans.

Good pizza, great price. They never have cheese bread hot n ready like they claim. Several times I have went there and they say they're out of deep dish dough so they can't make the cheesey bread. Sometimes the pizza is obviously old and too greasy, been under the heat lamp too long. Most of the time it's good pizza for a great price, especially for kids!

No hot and ready on multiple weeknight evenings. Long waits instead (even with not many people there). Used to be better (months ago) at having some hot and ready in stock. Now there's consistently nothing. Won't be back.
