Food was good. But ever table in there was dirty. Instead of counting tips wipe off tables first..

Placed a call in order and sent hubby to pick it up. They charged me for food I didnt order and forgot part of what I actually did order. When I called the manager he was so confused looking for an online order after I had already told him the order was placed via phone. He proceeded to look through online orders and read off the names of folks who had placed orders that day which I felt was unnecessary and a little intrusive to the other customers. Then he questioned me extensively about when my order was placed and still seemed to be confused as to how I ordered. I was in the process of getting ready for work but I had to go into the store and when I did I told them I just wanted a full refund. He was nice enough and tried to fix the issue but I got a little irritated when he tried to simply refind me for the food that I was charged for yet did not order rather than the entire order. I left my food on the counter and asked him to please just refund the entire order. I was no longer hungry. Listening is fundamental. The girl who took my phone order was clearly distracted I wish I had just ordered online or gone inside in the first place. I will not be back.

Everything is good. Highly recommended

This place was good when it first opened, but the past few times I have been, it's been worse. The workers are very rude. I placed and order using the app. Your name is supposed to be written on the bag and then set to the side. This time my name was not on the bag. I asked the woman behind the register if this was my order sitting on the counter and she yelled "that's the only order over there so obviously it's yours." I only asked because I didn't want to take someone else lunch. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Food is generally cold, and the chips are not really very fresh. The place is always a wreck. Dirty floors, windows, tabletops, rugs. Everything is dirty. Really makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. We eat here occasionally, but I know what I'm getting into so I don't expect much. Subpar food in an even crappier environment. They don't take a lot of pride in the place.
