I'm a bit of a BBQ snob, but this is the best pulled pork I've had in Middle Tennessee. It has a nice smoky flavor and is very tender. Unfortunately, I wasn't the biggest fan of the brisket the one time I ordered it as I thought it was too fatty. Yeah, that gives it some good flavor, but I prefer mostly meat with just a little fat. And it's possible I caught the brisket on a bad day. They also have a good selection of sauces. The sides are fantastic, especially the mac and cheese. If you're anywhere in the area, I can't recommend Willie Mae's enough. Be warned that they do sometimes sell out of some meats and sides, so be sure to get there early.

Best bbq I've had. Brisket melts like butter. Highly recommend mac and cheese and the baked beans.

Hands down. You have not eaten the best BBQ ever until you have eaten here. I have had BBQ from all over the U.S. and have found nothing better than here.
