It was good. They had a couple of items different than the former Ming's Buffet but otherwise the same menu. They still have the Sushi and Hibachi bars. The sweet tea is an Oriental blend, more floral than the tea blends I am used to but still delicious. The cutoff between lunch and dinner is 3 PM. I didn't ask whether they serve Coke or Pepsi.

King's is one of my favorite restaurants in Tullahoma. They have a huge selection on in their buffet one would be hard pressed to not find many items of their liking. Previously named Ming's, their shorebirds is oriental cuisine but there is so much more. The wait staff are courteous and we are almost seated immediately. A quick drink order later and we're off the the buffet. The food is almost always hot and fresh unless you arrive close to closing time, which is common with buffet style restaurants. For two you'll pay about $30, including tip. Then just read your fortune cookie and your on your way. A really nice dining experience.

Had lunch at Kings with a colleague and his wife. The food was fresh and hot/cold as I had hoped. The selections were plentiful if not predictable for an Asian buffet. Although, I felt that limiting the sushi selection to Salmon only really limited my enjoyment of the experience. I would have preferred some tuna too. Overall I was satisfied with the $7.60 price. The variety was awesome. They had many different things. It's like a small Golden Coral with fresher food. I'll definitely be back.
