I've been going to Kelleys since the early 90s and this location is the only location that I've ever been dissatisfied with. The water had a bad taste so I ordered a sweet tea and that was also bad tasting. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and that didn't show up until midway into our meal and only because I reminded her. She came out with them saying that they had been sitting there but since it was short 3 onion rings she didn't think they were ours. So she served us the onion rings that had been sitting and were then cool. She said that she would bring the other missing onion rings when they were done. So instead of admitting mistake and bringing us all and freshly cooked onion rings we got cold ones that had no taste but plenty of batter. Also my wife ordered a baked potato with turkey and the turkey was old and could tell that it had been re-heated because it was dry and had the look like it had been sitting in a fridge for a while.

Staff is a very friendly and attentive, food comes out quick and hot and good quality. The food is always consistent and the menu has tons of options for any type of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Try the CFS(Chicken Fried Steak) for dinner. Had breakfast on this occasion, Country Boy Breakfast. Their bacon is also very good. Kelly’s is a staple in the south side of the Houston area with multiple locations.

Good fresh and hot. These are the words I choose to describe this Kelly's. Fast and friendly service .Not only is the food very good but you get enough for two people. The staff is attentive and friendly. Its clean, we eat here often. This place is very family oriented. Unlike the one in Pearland that we use to visit. It used to be good but after sending my food back 3 times on more than one visit. Never again.
