Have loved this place for 15+ years. Food has only gotten better with more options and vegan/vegetarian friendly choices! Tortillas are made fresh and are delicious! Chips & sauce are amazing. Margaritas are good and strong I hear. ;)

Excellent. Seafood Theresa has the perfect amount of spice. Calamari Fritti was cooked perfectly with a very light batter. We came from Houston to eat in the burbs and it was worth the drive.

Good food ,friendly sevice. Always a joy to eat there. And you don't have to wait all night to get seated. And did I tell you, they have the best Margeritas!

I can't figure out why we keep giving this place another chance. Food is decent but staff is not very friendly at all. Yhe only place on the menu that mentions adding rice and beans says $1.75 so we verified with the waiter. He said $2. When he brought the meal they charged $2.25. We got a to go box and put the rest of the food in it including the green sauce. Our waiter decides to get us a bag and turns the container 90 degrees to put it in making all good hot yo on side. When we leave we get ice cream. Nastiest stuff ever. I take one bite and in the trash it goes. The manager comes out to talk to us about the pricing on the rice and beans and proceeds to tell us that they are $1.75 each. After telling him we'll never be back he has to grab a menu to look. Honestly, I'm not sure how they are still open. We tell him the comment box is so full that we barely got ours in and instead of opening it and taking them out he shoves them further down into the box. It's no telling how long it's been since emptied which tells me the could care less about comments. The only reason we went was because we wanted Mexican food and didn't want to drive to Gringos and aren't big fans of Rancho. This place is poorly managed our server shouldn't be in the restaurant business. It's sad because the food is good but we have issues like this every time we go so we won't be returning. The manager did finally give us $2 off our next visit. He can keep his $2 cause there won't be a next visit. I do find it bizarre how when restaurants give you a bad experience they give you something for the next visit and not taking care of this visit. The pic is our carryout after Miguel turned it 90 degrees. Our bill was $17.85 so we used a $20 and $5 so we could tip. He gave us $2.15 from the $20 and returned the $5. He needs to find a new job.

Six of us - NOBODY'S food was hot; either warm or cool. Mixed up drink orders on two of us. Very little apology - only support for the guy in the kitchen - no offers of free drink and to top it off the ice cream machine was broken. One a weekend. Not going back.
