I was a waitress here at western grill. I only worked there for about a month. The other waitresses were rude. One time I told someone that they had pretty eyes and another waitress said to stop flirting. Another thing is that the buffet food was always burnt and tasted awful. The salad bar is not great at all. And the place is unclean. The other waitress would eat behind the station and then get you something to drink with there hands that was just by there mouth. The waitress never wash their hands when they are done using the restroom. I would not recommend working or eating there at all.

Great salad bar. The food was very good and cooked properly. The service could have been a bit more attentive but aive been to worse. Good family environment.

The salad bar is pretty good. Not a ton of options but the lettuce is green and there's enough variety to make a decent salad. The steaks are OK at best. Just not the best meat normally. The tea is bad. Both sweet and unsweetened are not good. You're better off getting water.

Interior looked dated. The buffet had a few entree choices and none of them looked appetizing. As it turned out, all three of us ordered chicken fried steak and we were all disappointed. Very bland taste and weak texture. To us, it seemed like an entree they bought pre-made and merely heated up. Baked potato wasn't fully cooked. Waitress was okay. Did not come by too often and did not have any personality.

Loved the salad bar. Haven't seen a good salad bar like that in years ,everything was fresh and had a great variety.
