Awesome service and food. The website understates how great it is. I would gladly go back to Austin just to eat there again. Your plate will never be empty and it was great cuts of meat and other wonderful food. One would think "all you can eat" means a ton of decent food. But in this case it means delicious food, grade A service and if you leave hungry that's entirely your own fault. The next time I have company come to town we'll take the 1 and 1/2 hour drive for this reason alone.

The food here is really good, but the hospitality was lacking on our last visit here. I had made reservations for 12, 10 of whom arrived at the restaurant on time. We were told that we could not be seated until our entire party was there. I can see having this policy with parties of four or six, but not for larger parties. The two people we were waiting on were stuck in traffic. After 30 minutes of the 10 of us waiting in the entry area, they finally decided they would seat us. This is just bad management, IMO. When you have a party who will be spending a minimum of $1,000 it’s a good idea to accommodate them quickly. Chances are that, while they’re waiting at a table, they will spend extra on drinks. Also, which we’ve never experienced when dining here before, the meat servers were moving so fast that several of us had meat drippings spilled on our clothing.

Lovely atmosphere and delicious freshly cooked meats brought table side. Plus the side dishes are excellent. The only downside can be finding parking... it's easier if you go at lunch. Recommend for events as it's a little expensive but it's all you can eat so totally worth it!

This restaurant is my favorite place to eat. What an outstanding service we receive every visit. The food is fresh and very exquisite. Their coordination and attention to details makes them stand out! I noticed my server would not leave his area until his partner Ally came back to where they were both attending. The manager even stopped by to ask if all was well. Our server Daniel was perfect so attentive and kind. Thumbs up Fogo de chão!

Celebrating a new job -- made a reservation for 2. Still waited about 10 minutes for seating. Initial wait service was very slow and inattentive. Asked for a bottle of Argentinian red wine and had to ask two different servers to finally bring it over. Food of course was the winner, however, found a hair in one of the last portions of the evening. Didn't get upset, rather just spoke to a manager who was very, very professional and apologetic. Offered his sincerest apologies and comped dessert and coffee plus a significant discount on the check. May wait a while before going back .
