Terrible terrible experience! Went on Thanksgiving day with my family to have brunch and regret even showing up to it ruined my whole Thanksgiving day. First of all the servers were purposely ignoring tables because they knew that a 22% gratuity was automatic, yet we had no idea. Then of course they offered mimosas which only 4 people actually bought out of the 11 people and we all got charged for it. The food was dry the ribs were left out for what it seems for hours since they were room temperature cold. Hardly any maintenance was done to keep the food fresh and valuable to the bill that upset me so much. I was told it was a 80 dollar dinner which later found out it was buffet but out of respect just went to have a family outing. When we finally received our bill they charged me 526.12 dollars for 2 people and then apologized and fixed it which took about 30 minutes. Then they brought me my final bill of 229.24, how they got that number is beyond me. I then called for a manager and the said that he/she was busy at the moment but will be available shortly. Waited 25 more minutes which at this time I gave up and paid and left! I can not believe a such a highly rated hotel could uphold such a travesty of restaurant business.

We had one of the most amazing dinners and the service was outstanding.
