We walked in, the people that work there didn't welcome us or acknowledge us when we were ready to order. (3/4/18) they just looked at us. We went to the counter to order and the person who does the orders spoke so low...they were out of ice. The floor was wet with "No" wet sign and my mom fell down. The place looked so depressing...period. by the time we got our food it just didn't feel good anymore to eat there....WE ARE NOT EATING HERE NO MORE! P.S. Jesus R. (our cashier) did see my mom fall down and didn't say anything...

Love the fried zucchini! You get a good portion as well. Don't forget to get the ranch dressing with it!

Cold onion rings and my cookie is missing. I go back to location and tell them what is wrong. I ask if they are fixing a new order. The worker brings back onion rings and a cookie to my now 30 minute old order. I asked the worker...Didn't I ask if you were making a new order? Who would want something hot on their now cold order. I thought when you order, all your good is the same temperature when it comes out. 40 minutes after 1st order, all contents of my order were a serving temperature.

I used to love eating here. Then we saw someone come in from a smoke break and go right to making food without washing hands. No gloves. No tongs. Just bare hands that had held a cigarette not five minutes before.
