This place could be so much more. I ate there tonight. I hadn't in months. They have a tendency to mess up to go orders (the only way I order). Don't get me wrong if you call them on it they will try to make it right, but given the location and scale of customers they should really consider stepping their game up and get orders right the first time. There are so many businesses that would force the to have a delivery driver later than 7 if they would just get the orders right the first time. The customer service is pretty good. If I could I would only give the 3 1/2 stars, but I felt a 3 would be too harsh since they are willing to accommodate you if they know the order wasn't made right. Lesson: check your to-go order before leaving the store.

Review emailed to Corporate on 4/25/18: My children & I dined at the Jason's Deli in Bedford, TX last night (2200 Airport Freeway, #038). We've dined at other Jason's Delis, but this was our first visit to this location. We dined at 7pm, so the restaurant was less than half full. However, as customers left, the tables with plates of uneaten food remained on the tables. There were lots of staff behind the counter laughing and having a good time - not preparing food (as their were no regular customers coming through the door at that time). I took my daughter to the bathroom and both toilets were out of commission (both were clogged and there was wet toilet paper all over the floor). I let one of the boys behind the counter know that the bathroom needed attention. A few minutes later, we were getting ready to leave and I stopped by the counter and asked for the manager on duty. A woman stepped forward from talking to someone, Tiffany. I mentioned that I was the person that reported the bathrooms and her response was a curt "I know, I already cleaned the bathrooms." I then asked her about the state of the restaurant and all the dirty tables. She just shrugged her shoulders and stared at me vacantly. Attached are pictures of the tables towards the end of our dining at this location. There were 2 Hispanic women that were running the food and filling the salad bar. They remained busy all evening and those ladies hustled, however the rest of the staff spent their time behind the counter chatting and laughing loudly. It was clearly not a group effort. We've dined at the Grapevine location and had positive experiences, both with the salad bar remaining well stocked and the restaurant remained clean and picked up. This restaurant is a disgrace to the Jason's Deli brand. If this was our first time at a Jason's Deli, we would never return to one. I called and spoke with Bill LaValley, Managing Partner, this morning about our experience. I offered to send the pictures for him to view and he said it wasn't necessary and thanked me for calling then hung up. Hopefully, corporate has more interest in protecting their brand image.

My husband ordered a Ruben and it had a lot of fat and gristle. We would have sent it back but we were in a rush so he had to pick through the meat. My meal was ok but nothing really special. We will look at other options before we dine in another Jason's.
